FourLeafClover Inc. ("FLC") and its Applications

This Privacy Policy explains how FourLeafClover Inc. ("FLC", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our products and services, including our applications such as VibeSpark, WatchCert, Eternify, LeaseLogic, and any other applications or services we operate now or in the future (collectively, the "Services").

Our design goal is data minimization. We aim to operate the Services without collecting personal information from users. However, some limited information may be processed or generated by your device, the app marketplaces (such as Apple or Google), payment providers, or basic hosting/infrastructure providers when you download, use, or purchase the Services.

1. Scope

This Policy covers information handling within the Services and does not cover third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked from the Services or used to distribute the Services.

2. What We Collect

We do not require users to create an account to use the Services (unless a specific Service states otherwise).

We do not intentionally collect the following from you within the Services:

  • Name, email address, phone number, or mailing address
  • Government identifiers
  • Precise location data
  • Contact lists
  • Sensitive personal information (health, biometrics, etc.)

If you choose to provide content within a Service (for example, watch photos for WatchCert, documents for LeaseLogic, or media you upload for Eternify), that content is processed for the purpose of providing the requested feature. We aim to process such content in a way that minimizes retention.

3. Information Processed by Third Parties

Even if we do not collect personal information directly, certain third parties may process information in connection with your use of the Services:

  • App marketplaces (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) may collect account, device, and purchase information under their own policies.
  • Payment processors (if you purchase subscriptions or in-app purchases) may process billing information needed to complete transactions.
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, content delivery, security) may receive limited technical data such as IP address and device/network information for security and delivery.

We do not control how these third parties handle data. Please review their privacy policies for details.

4. Analytics and Advertising

We strive to avoid analytics that identify users. If we use analytics in a particular Service, we will configure it for data minimization (for example, aggregated reporting where available). If a Service includes advertising, ad providers may use device identifiers and similar signals under their own policies.

5. How We Use Information

To the extent we process information, we do so to:

  • Provide and operate the Services and requested features
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and debug issues
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Improve reliability and performance (typically using aggregated, non-identifying metrics)

6. Data Retention

We aim to retain user-provided content only as long as necessary to deliver the feature you requested, unless a Service clearly offers storage (for example, saving reports or user preferences). Where feasible, you can delete content within the app or by contacting us.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

9. International Use

FLC is based in Canada. If you use the Services from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal information. Because we aim not to collect personal information directly, our ability to identify or retrieve data about you may be limited. You can also manage permissions (such as photos/camera) through your device settings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated within the Services.
